Xyqena Collective Primary Safety & Security Policy
Section A - Xyqena Collective Safety Statement
We are committed to ensuring the safety and protection of all members of the Communities.
We are aware that both Roblox and Discord are platforms where minors (those under the age of 18) frequently participate. Therefore, we take the safety of all members very seriously, and we encourage all members to address their concerns to an Administrator within your community.
Section B - General Policy
PSS-B/001 All communities shall create and maintain a local safety & security policy for the protection of their own members. Local policies may not override this policy in any way, and this policy always takes precedent. Local community policies shall be kept up to date by a nominated member of the community.
PSS-B/002 Violations of any policies shall first be dealt with in-house.
PSS-B/003 Any Violation of this Primary Safety & Security Policy must result in an Information Report being submitted.

PSS-B/012 All Communities must make available the submission form for Information Reports, to all members of the Community and especially to Moderators of the community. All Discord moderators should furthermore be fully aware of Section C of the PSS.

Section C - Discord Moderation Policy
PSS-C/001 Leaked voice, photo or video files should be flagged with CODEX and only then deleted from the server. Servers without CODEX should note down the Message ID for submission with an Information Report.
PSS-C/002 All bans from a server should be done via an appropriate moderation bot.
PSS-C/003 All servers using CODEX should make an effort to inform their members on using its reporting features.
No Community personnel will ever need your real life personal information, account login, bank details, or any similar information. If anyone asks for this information, report them to the Xyqena Collective immediately and they will be dealt with harshly.
